- Within a mile of Tamarindo Beach. - It's an easy, fully paved 1 hour drive from Liberia Airport. - 3 minutes to Tamarindo Bay. - 2 minutes to Tamarindo Estuary. - 30 minutes to Playa Avellanas. - 35 minutes to Playa Flamingo. - 40 minutes by car to Las Baulas National Marine Park (the second-largest nesting site in the world for the endangered leatherback sea turtle). - 40 minutes to Playa Conchal or Playa Penca. - 45 minutes to Playa Negra black sand beach. - 1 hour 20 minutes to Playa Hermosa. - 1 hour 45 minutes to Ostional National Wildlife Refuge (the largest of two locations in Costa Rica where the annual arribada or the arrival and nesting of olive ridley sea turtles take place). - The Leona Waterfall and Rio Negro hot springs (both a 1:45 hour drive) and Rio Celeste Waterfall (3-hour drive) are common day trips, and if you're traveling to your next adventure, the amazing Monteverte Cloud Forest is a 3.5-hour drive through beautiful terrain.

This place is absolutely incredible! It is located in a great neighborhood within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants and beach. The home was stunning right from the get go as we walked in the door we could see the moonlight reflected on the pool/ central courtyard right through the front door. The kitchen, halls, and master bedroom have a view of the water and tasteful landscaping. It was a joy cooking every day in the kitchen and dining on the covered deck(especially with the rain falling in the metal roofed awning) The washer and dryer came in handy as well as the outdoor shower. We appreciated the thoughtful touches such as, the beach towels by the door, quality shampoo, and charging ports by the beds. The natural wood and classy design elements on the property felt like a five star resort. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
