KEY Curation Notes

This one's a walk to Lionshead rather than the ski-in condos in town. It's about 10 minutes on foot to Vail Ski Resort, with the free bus and pedestrian bridge covering the rest of the way into Vail Village or Lionshead.

Only the upper-level primary is a true ensuite. The queen bed there has its own bath; the main-floor bedroom's queen-plus-twin setup shares the hallway bathroom.

A private balcony is the main outdoor draw here, alongside a fully remodeled kitchen with marble countertops for easy home-cooked meals.

A minimum age of 25 applies per HOA policy, and the wood-burning fireplace is for looks only, not guest use. No pets are allowed.

No parties, and smoking anywhere near the home carries a minimum $250 fine. Late checkout isn't available under any circumstances, with a $125 charge if missed.

Prohibited Activities

Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the home. Violations may result in a mitigation or cleaning fee.

Checkout & Care

Please remove your shoes upon entering the home.
Same-day early check-in requests may be submitted. Requests are subject to availability and, if approved, incur a $50 fee.
Late checkouts are not permitted. Failure to vacate by the designated checkout time will result in a $125 late checkout fee, with additional charges of up to one night's stay if it delays incoming guests.
Guests are responsible for ensuring all personal belongings are removed before departure. Returned items are subject to a $30 handling fee plus shipping costs.
