Located in Templeton’s prestigious Peterson Ranch westside neighborhood, this freshly updated, spacious house has easy access to all of Paso Robles Wine Country’s top wineries. Walk through the front door and you are greeted by a bright and spacious living room with a huge sectional with seating for six. Two comfortable side chairs flanking the sectional and padded ottomans add seating for four more making the space cozy and comfortable. Relax and enjoy some of your favorite TV shows on the 75” smart TV, loaded with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Chromecast, Disney+, HBO Max, and Hulu. Netflix is included on all TVs, and you can use other streaming accounts of your own to watch movies and other favorite entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen has a large island with the four-burner cooktop, oven, and seating for four on bar stools. The kitchen is fully updated with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a French door fridge with bottom freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, air fryer, Instant Pot, and walk-in pantry. The dining area, adjacent to the kitchen, has a large, custom-made, live edge wooden dining table and seating for 10.
