Thoughtfully designed across three levels, the home offers multiple living areas, including a lower-level entertainment space with a pool table, wet bar, and direct access to a heated patio with a private hot tub. Generous bedroom suites provide comfort and privacy, while the prime slopeside location allows effortless access to year-round adventure. KEY Curation Notes

Ski-in/ski-out directly on the Home Again green run, adjacent to Chair 6 between the base and the Village. The position is unusually versatile — beginners and kids can loop the green run repeatedly while stronger skiers access the full mountain from the same door.
At 5,552 sq ft across three levels, this is one of the largest privately-owned homes at Whitefish Mountain Resort. Two separate living areas — main level with 85" TV and mountain views via retractable sliding doors, lower level with pool table, wet bar, beer/wine fridge, and a second 85" TV — means 19 people can genuinely spread out.
The kitchen is Thermador throughout: 6-burner gas range, full-sized fridge/freezer, waterfall island seating 5, and formal dining for 12. No shortcuts taken for a group this size.
The bunk room has three custom full-over-queen bunks with individual reading lights and its own two en-suite bathrooms — the most thoughtfully designed bunk configuration at this resort. All four remaining bedrooms have kings and private en-suites, with the primary suite adding a soaking tub inside the walk-in shower.
Private hot tub on the heated lower patio opens directly onto the ski run — the après setup is as good as the access.
Glacier National Park is 45 minutes away, and downtown Whitefish is 10 minutes down the mountain for dining, shopping, and nightlife.
Starter supplies are minimal. For a group of 19, stocking the kitchen before arrival is worth planning ahead. KEY.co can arrange grocery delivery so everything is ready when you get in.

Getting to the property

Montana is Big Sky Country and the best way to explore all its beauty is to have your own car. We highly recommend a 4WD vehicle in the winter and guests of Big Sky & Whitefish do have several shuttle options if your preference is not to drive. Make sure to reserve your rental car early.

Guests & Occupancy

  • Primary Guest must be 18+, must match the credit card holder, and must stay at the property for the duration of the reservation. Reservations for unaccompanied minors are prohibited and will result in eviction with forfeiture of all charges.
  • Occupancy must not exceed the number stated on the reservation; no exceptions.
  • Primary Guest is responsible for all occupants and invitees, including damages, violations, and charges.
  • Additional unapproved guests may result in extra per-person charges, fines, or eviction without refund.
  • Residential use only. No parties or gatherings unless pre-approved in writing. Violations may result in eviction and additional charges.
  • Property must be used lawfully and with care; misuse of appliances or systems resulting in damage will be charged.

Prohibited Activities

  • Smoking/vaping: Strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking results in a $1,000 cleaning fee. No incense or oil lamps.
  • Illegal activity: Strictly prohibited; may result in eviction without refund and additional charges.
  • Fire hazards: No candles (except approved outdoor/emergency use).
  • Vehicles: No RVs, trailers, or campers. No vehicle repairs on-site.
  • Other restrictions: Violations of the agreement may result in fees up to 3× the daily rental rate and/or eviction.
