This house was incredible! The best views of the ocean with the most amazing sunsets. We had a group of 18 and the layout was perfect so everyone did not feel on top of each other. They were spread out and private. Great sizes and all the bathrooms were great. The house staff were phenomenal and cooked delicious breakfast every morning, super attentive, professional and extremely friendly. The house concierge was awesome! She was super responsive, helpful for any request and all around on point. Our sales rep, Deane, was awesome as well. He listened to what I was wanting all around and nailed the spot. He was extremely responsive, professional, friendly and really good at his job. I had some delays with our original concierge, I’m thinking she might have been new but was very nice. There’s only two recommendations I would have for the house - better pillows with extras and blackout shades for all rooms, Sun comes up early and is bright all around. Most of the rooms had blackout shades.

Holiday dates are excluded from the cancellation policy, as all holiday bookings are non-refundable.

Casa Puros Dieces is a one-of-a-kind 'quiet' house. We encourage you to relax and enjoy the stunning views. At Casa Puros Dieces we ask that there is no loud music or noise during your stay or fines may apply.
All events must be pre-approved, please speak to us about having your destination wedding or special event at Casa Puros Dieces. Along with your rental, we provide complimentary concierge service, two full-time housekeepers (Except Sundays and Holidays) to keep the house clean and tidy during your stay, and a full-time caretaker for maintenance. Your Guest Coordinator will be also available to address any issues that may arise during your stay.
This home accommodates a standard number of guests, with the option for additional occupancy at an extra fee. For further details, please contact our reservations team.
We are a strictly non-smoking rental. We ask that you not smoke in the house at all. If evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarettes inside the home and/or cigarette burns on the furniture, is noticed by the cleaning crew there will be a $500 damage assessment.
Pets are strictly not allowed unless otherwise discussed before booking.
Our properties are part of beautiful residential neighborhoods where other residents are mutually respectful of each other’s privacy. We ask that you please refrain from having raucous late-night parties and especially from playing loud music or making excessive noise.
Occupants take full responsibility for securing their personal belongings. Please lock your valuables whenever you leave the house. KEY is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
When using the air-conditioning units, please remember to turn them off when not in use and keep usage to a minimum. Before leaving any room, please remember to switch off all lights.
