We had a wonderful 3 week stay at Casa Kenkai in Hacienda Pinilla. Elsa and Daniel were incredibly responsive, helpful, and available to help organize all our tours, car rental, booking a chef, and pretty much anything we had a question about. It was a seamless planning process and they even worked with multiple people from our family, coming in at different dates. We had meals prepared by two different chef services, both professional and with delicious meals. My son said he felt like we were living in a castle! The house is spacious, with lots of light coming in from the huge windows and accommodated our group very comfortably. The resort property is lovely, private, safe, and has nice amenities (restaurant, pool, beach, gym) to add to the already wonderful comfortable house with a pool. We hope to be back very very soon!!

Full beach club access is $5 per day, per person; free for children under 10.

The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club closes for two weeks in October (exact dates vary), but we give you access to Langosta Beach Club for a $10 entrance day pass (regularly $20). Enjoy the restaurant, bar, a beachfront pool, and kayak rentals, just 20 minutes from Pinilla.

While there may be occasional noise, please note that we have significantly reduced our rates to compensate for any potential inconvenience. There will be no construction activity during the Christmas and New Year booking periods.

Holidays are exciting, but please check your dates carefully. When booking a holiday reservation, select one of the following dates. For different dates, contact a reservation agent to explore options.

Easter Week and Thanksgiving:

- Thanksgiving: November 23 - November 30, 2025

Christmas and New Year’s:

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement stated in the rental agreement (if applicable).
  • The home accommodates a standard number of guests. Additional guests may be permitted for an extra fee (contact reservations for details).
  • Guests are responsible for any damages, missing items, or violations of house rules. Costs will be deducted from the security deposit or charged accordingly.
  • Only guests registered in the original booking are permitted on the premises. Outside visitors are not allowed unless pre-approved.

Events & Noise

  • Raucous parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
  • Excessive noise and loud music are prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Prohibited Activities

  • Pets: Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved before booking. Pet-friendly homes may be available upon request. Approved pets are subject to an additional fee.
  • Smoking/Vaping: Strictly non-smoking. Evidence of smoking inside the home (including odors or burns) will result in a $500 damage assessment fee.

Equipment & Amenities

  • HVAC Settings: Use air conditioning responsibly. Turn off AC units and lights when not in use to conserve energy.

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM; Check-out: 10:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance and are subject to availability.
