0% Refund: Receive a 0% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 35 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 34 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 100% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
The home is equipped with a full kitchen and BBQ on the front patio for those who love to cook and an office workspace for work on the go.
Restrictions
- The unit does not come with private beach access.
- No parties or loud music allowed in the house
- Max occupancy must be respected
- No music after 10pm
- Smoking prohibited indoors and outdoors. It is a fire hazard and a $250 fine will be incurred.
- $35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel
- $35 charge per stained pillow sheet
- $200 charge for stained sheets/duvet cover
- $200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning
- There are noise monitoring devices in the home to make sure the music levels are not a disturbance, and there are surveillance cameras on the outside of the home, both for safety and to ensure rule compliance.
- Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. Any incorrect information provided may result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.
- Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
