- This stunning villa is situated in the prestigious gated community of Cap Cana, a prime destination in the heart of the Caribbean on the eastern shores of the Dominican Republic. - The following places outside the resort require private transportation, as golf carts are not allowed to leave the resort: Puntacana Village, and BlueMall Puntacana, each a 15-minute drive away. - 4 minutes to Punta Espada golf course, and to Golden Bear tennis course by golf cart - 7 minutes to Scape Park by golf cart - 8 minutes to Juanillo Beach Club by golf cart - 12 minutes to Api Beach Club by golf cart

Things you need to know
Please note that at least one member of the staff will be staying 24 hrs at the villa. Members of the staff will remain in the staff area when not working or sleeping hours.
The resort offers access to two world-class golf courses (La Cana and Corales), two beach clubs (Playa Blanca and La Cana Club House), seven restaurants and one cigar bar, racquet sports including tennis courts, padel, and pickleball, the Six Senses Spa, watersports such as sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, snorkeling, and scuba diving, horseback riding and polo, an ecological reserve with spring water lagoons/cenotes, a petting zoo for adults and kids, and a kids club by The Westin Puntacana Resort. Note that activities marked with come with an extra cost.
The chef can prepare three meals per day, plus snacks. Food and beverage costs are not included.
Linens, towels, and a hairdryer are provided.

*During Holiday Season periods (Christmas, New Year & Thanksgiving), all golf cart rentals must be fully prepaid in order to guarantee the reservation. Cancellations are allowed up to 60 days prior to arrival. After this period, the reservation becomes non-refundable**.*

Supermarket purchases are USD $50 per trip.

- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The maximum occupancy for the rental property is the number the rental property sleeps, including children, as displayed on the website for the property.
- If you bring in extra guests without prior approval and payment, you may be asked to vacate the rental property and forfeit all rent paid.
- Guests must report any inoperative/malfunctioning equipment to Property Manager immediately. Property Manager will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently.
- If you require a rollaway, highchair or crib and it is not provided in the rental property, please notify us in advance. These items are provided subject to prior availability.
- Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited.
- Firearms or weapons of any kind including paint ball guns, pellet guns, BB guns, pistols or rifles are strictly prohibited.
- No fireworks are permitted in or around the rental property or anywhere near premises.
