Additionally, there is an additional half bath and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The primary bedroom, located on the main level, boasts a luxurious king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower. Upstairs, the bunk area includes two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a sleeper sofa, accommodating up to four guests. The guest bedroom features another comfortable king-size bed, with a full bathroom nearby. Enjoy breathtaking views from the private hot tub while grilling up a delicious meal on the propane grill.

Summer guests are encouraged to participate in good ole' Montana A/C, which opens windows at night and closes them up during the day. Closing them during the day will help keep cool air inside, and we ask that you do so if you are not present at home as well.
SKI ACCESS – We cannot guarantee the snow conditions at the time of your rental and are in no way liable for snow conditions that contribute to limited or restricted ski access.
Most cell phones get good reception, but please check with your service provider to determine coverage.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- If excessive noise or disturbances occurs resulting in notification by police or neighbors, all guests may be asked to vacate the property and will forfeit the reservation and all rental fees paid.
- No children under the age of 12 are permitted in hot tubs without an adult present at all times.
