Three bedrooms with flexible sleeping—king master, queen guest, bunk beds, and a living room sleep sofa—comfortably fit ten guests across 1,610 square feet. All bedrooms have TVs with satellite cable, and a balcony and open living spaces offer room to spread out.

A screened-in back patio and expansive front porch provide outdoor gathering space, while a heated outdoor pool with loungers anchors the entertainment area. The community includes two additional pools, an outdoor tennis court, and complimentary bicycles for exploring the neighborhood.

Beach access is just over a quarter mile away—about a 5-minute walk—and Sandestin Golf Resort is 1.4 miles away with its championship courses. South Walton Beaches are a short stroll, and the property sits in a quieter area south of the main town where the beach sees fewer crowds.

Free golf is included daily for one person on your stay—a meaningful perk that covers a full round at nearby courses. The heated pool operates year-round, though it's most comfortable May through October. Nature trails and the 30A Bike Trail are nearby for outdoor recreation.
