Guest is advised to ask for measurements if parking is needed. No refunds will be given if vehicles do not fit in designated spaces. Please verify the dimensions of spaces and vehicles.

You can't beat the location. We took a yoga class in the park right in front of the home on Saturday. Home is very comfortable; we only wish we could have stayed longer! Property management had great communication with us. We will definitely come back next year. Thank you for a wonderful experience

There are stairs needed to access the home.

Like many coastal homes in San Diego, this home is not equipped with air-conditioning but takes advantage of coastal breezes.

There is only one TV in the home.

This home overlooks a lively beach area, especially on weekends and in the summer.

The home is supplied with: Ready-made beds with freshly laundered linens. One bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per guest. One Beach Towel per guest. Kitchen sponge, Hand soap, Dish soap, Dishwasher soap. Two rolls of paper towels. Kitchen trash bags. Bathroom starter kit (per bath): Hotel-style set of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bath soap. Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Propane for BBQ, Laundry detergent.

The homes are typically not stocked with baggies, foil, etc. The starter kits provided are complimentary and are meant to cover your needs before you get to the store to do your shopping.

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
Decibel meters installed – no parties.
A pet of any kind on the premises of a non-pet property is absolutely prohibited and is grounds for immediate eviction of the entire party.
We enforce a Zero Tolerance Policy for noise disturbances, over occupancy or house parties.
All occupant ages and proposed use of the property must be disclosed prior to
booking.
All occupants must be 25 years of age or older unless children are accompanied by adults.
Landline phones are not customarily provided. Many properties are in areas with poor cell phone coverage.
Guest and their guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, respecting the rights of the surrounding neighbors, and shall not create noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property. Outdoor noise or noise carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance.
Utilizing electrical outlets to charge vehicles is prohibited without preapproval in writing. Guest will assume any and all liability and be subject to additional fees in this event.
Please be aware that the Home is in a populated area and it is, therefore, subject to noise from nearby residences/businesses/traffic and or construction.
