Excellent place just outside of town. Definitely requires a car or golf cart to get to and from. I would recommend going through Economy Rent A Car as the price was about half of what was recommended. Shuttle service from airport was great and price is essentially the same everywhere. The house was perfect for our group of 7 adults, the was amazing and basics were well stocked. Overall, it was quite an exceptional experience.

The house also has a backup battery for the modem & router, so you are always online uninterrupted. If you wish to request a portable wireless router, we can gladly have these available for you with an additional rental fee to keep you more connected.
Restrictions
- Holiday dates are excluded from the cancellation policy, as all holiday bookings are non-refundable.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- This home accommodates a standard number of guests, with the option for additional occupancy at an extra fee. For further details, please contact our reservations team.
- We are a strictly non-smoking rental. We ask that you not smoke in the house at all. If evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarettes inside the home and/or cigarette burns on the furniture, is noticed by the cleaning crew there will be a $500 damage assessment.
- Pets are strictly not allowed unless otherwise discussed before booking.
- Our properties are part of beautiful residential neighborhoods where other residents are mutually respectful of each other’s privacy. We ask that you please refrain from having raucous late-night parties and especially from playing loud music or making excessive noise.
- Occupants take full responsibility for securing their personal belongings. Please lock your valuables whenever you leave the house. KEY is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
- When using the air-conditioning units, please remember to turn them off when not in use and keep usage to a minimum. Before leaving any room, please remember to switch off all lights. By following these recommendations, you contribute to our collective effort in conserving energy and promoting sustainability.
