Casa Maui was spectacular and the location was perfect. Close enough to everything you need but far enough from the noise and bustle of Tamarindo. You can walk or golf cart for most everything and Diego was great at arranging tours.

We can schedule any of the following activities for you: In the ocean: surf lessons, catamaran, yacht tour, sportfishing, scuba diving and turtle watching; In the jungle: mountain bike tours, ATV tours, ziplining, jungle boat rides, volcano tours, white water rafting, horseback riding, and e-bike rentals.

Restrictions
- Holiday dates are excluded from the cancellation policy, as all holiday bookings are non-refundable.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- This home accommodates a standard number of guests, with the option for additional occupancy at an extra fee. For further details, please contact our reservations team.
- We are a strictly non-smoking rental. We ask that you not smoke in the house at all. If evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarettes inside the home and/or cigarette burns on the furniture, is noticed by the cleaning crew there will be a $500 damage assessment.
- Pets are strictly not allowed unless otherwise discussed before booking.
- Our properties are part of beautiful residential neighborhoods where other residents are mutually respectful of each other’s privacy. We ask that you please refrain from having raucous late-night parties and especially from playing loud music or making excessive noise.
- Occupants take full responsibility for securing their personal belongings. Please lock your valuables whenever you leave the house. KEY is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
- When using the air-conditioning units, please remember to turn them off when not in use and keep usage to a minimum. Before leaving any room, please remember to switch off all lights. By following these recommendations, you contribute to our collective effort in conserving energy and promoting sustainability.
