- 10-minute walk to Ka'anapali beach, Whaler's village shops and restaurants. - Located in the first residential neighborhood of Ka’anapali built in 1971.
Parking information
- All vehicles shall be parked in the driveway only. There is ample parking for three vehicles or more. On-street parking is strictly prohibited at all times. - The maximum number of cars allowed in the driveway at any time is four cars. If more than four cars are parked in the driveway, the host reserves the right to cancel the remainder of the reservation with NO REFUND.

Things you need to know
We recommend that you stop by Costco once you land at Kahului airport and pick up groceries for your stay. The kitchen, BBQ and layout of the house are perfect for family meals and fun.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur.
- Suntan lotions should be thoroughly washed before sitting on furnishings.
- There is no life guard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
- Running and “horse-play” is absolutely forbidden around the pool area(s).
- Smoking area is allowed in one area ONLY. Smoking is allowed in the chaise lounges at the outer edge of the pool area, and there is a sign designating this area. SMOKING is absolutely forbidden in the home, and a $2,000 penalty will be assessed to any guest that smokes in the home (Or too close to the home that would cause the odor of smoke within the home). Smoking should NOT OCCUR anywhere that would cause the inside of the home to smell of smoke.
- Maximum of 12 occupants are allowed to stay overnight at the property. Guest may have other occupants at the property during daytime hours, but ALL vehicles parked on the premises must be approved by the host in advance. If the host suspects at anytime that occupants other than the ones listed in this section have stayed overnight at the property, the host reserves the right to inspect the property and to cancel the remainder of the reservation with NO REFUND.
- No Tolerance Policy regarding excessive noise, parties, or disturbing neighbors. Please make sure you are comfortable with our Terms as they are strictly enforced.
- During quiet hours, noise levels shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area. Outside sound systems should not exceed “HALF” levels past 9:00 PM. This policy is strictly enforced.
- Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited.
- No unlawful activity or any other activity that constitutes a nuisance is permitted on Premises. Approved Guests take full responsibility for all lost or broken items, and any damages to the Property of any kind.
- Air conditioning shall not be set below 72 degrees and heat shall not be set above 78, and that the fan setting shall be “Auto”. Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation. There are no refunds for lack of or malfunctioning HVAC units.
- Spa heating is included. Pool heating, unless solar equipped is an additional fee and must be paid for prior to use. Guest agrees not to tamper with pool heat controls or manipulate heater in any way. Pool heat shall not exceed 86 degrees. Area surrounding pool and spa may not be fenced or secure. Guest is responsible and liable for any damages that occur to the pool and spa and its support equipment through Guest misuse and/or negligence.
