Complimentary starter pack of amenities including rolls of paper towels, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, and detergent. You are responsible for the purchase of any additional items you may require during your stay.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The property sleeps ten, eight adults max.
- A fee of USD $100 per day must be paid to heat the pool prior to check-in. Please note that a three-night minimum is required for pool heating.
- The property may not be used for weddings, receptions, parties, or any other large gatherings.
- If a guest needs a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, he or she should make such request, to Management at the time of booking their reservation.
- We do not recommend shipping items to your rental home.
- Fireworks are prohibited on the premises.
- No illegal substances are allowed on the premises, including, without limitation, minors possessing alcoholic beverages.
- There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking.
