En-suite primary bedroom with its own full bathroom means privacy and convenience for the primary occupant; the 1.5-bath setup works well for solo travelers or couples, though a third sleeper on the living room sofa bed shares common bathroom access.

Fully equipped kitchen stocked with cookware, glassware, utensils, and appliances—including Keurig, blender, and stove—supports cooking from breakfast to dinner, plus plenty of counter and storage space for longer stays.

In-unit washer/dryer combo is rare in properties this size and handles small loads effortlessly; a communal laundry room with card-operated machines is available on-site for larger washing needs.

Heated pool on property reaches 80°F from March through November and is shared with the La Costa Resort community; pool access pairs with nearby golf courses, spa, and restaurants (Bob's Steakhouse and Bar Traza, both a short walk away), though a day pass is required for full resort amenities beyond the property.

I loved my stay! It was spotlessly clean yet cozy and welcoming. Everything you could need was there from the kitchen to the bathroom. Both hosts had excellent communication and instant responses. My flight landed in San Diego early and they were kind enough to let me check in early which was so nice and helpful. I loved the large TVs, the cozy fireplace, the comfy bed, and the rain-head shower! I will definitely stay here again.

Guests can pay for spa treatments at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa. There are also nearby pickleball courts located at Poinsettia Park and Bobby Riggs Racket & Paddle. To use the Omni La Costa Resort pools, guests need to purchase a resort pass directly with the resort.

Pack ’n Play setup available as an add-on for $35 + tax, or upgrade to the Pack ’n Play + High Chair setup for $55 + tax.

A starter set of essentials is provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, and Keurig coffee K-cups. For longer stays, guests will need to replenish consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and other supplies as needed.

Bath towels, beach towels, clean linens, quilts, and cold-weather blankets are provided. Where available, beach supplies such as beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and kids' beach toys are also included.

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and remain at the property for the duration of the stay. Please notify management in advance if any guests under 18 years of age will be staying at the property.
Occupancy must not exceed the maximum listed for the property unless approved in writing. Over-occupancy incurs a $500-per-person-per-day fee and may result in eviction.
Guests are responsible for complying with the Rental Agreement, HOA/community rules, and all applicable property policies.
Properties are for residential vacation use only.

Events & Noise

Commercial use, parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are prohibited.
Events, commercial use, or gatherings require prior written approval.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–10:00 AM. Repeated noise complaints may result in eviction without refund.

Prohibited Activities

Pets: Pets are prohibited unless expressly permitted or approved. Approved dogs incur a $150 non-refundable fee per dog. Service animals are permitted in accordance with the ADA; please notify management in advance if bringing a service animal. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction and forfeiture of payment.
Smoking/Vaping: Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations incur a $500 cleaning fee and may result in immediate eviction.
Illegal Substances: Drug use or other criminal activity is prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Other Specific Restrictions: Tampering with smoke detectors, Wi-Fi routers, or exterior security cameras is prohibited. Cryptocurrency mining and the use of stolen credit cards are prohibited and may result in immediate eviction.

Equipment & Amenities

Equipment Reporting: Inspect the property upon arrival and promptly report any existing damage. The property will also be inspected after check-out.
Parking Rules: Follow all posted parking and community parking regulations. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the guest's expense.
No Refunds for Malfunctions: No refunds are provided for inoperable amenities _(if equipped)_, including hot tubs, Wi-Fi, or HVAC.

Checkout & Care

Cleaning Expectations: A non-refundable cleaning fee is charged at the time of booking. Additional fees apply for excessive cleaning or property damage.
Checkout Procedures: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM PST, and check-out is by 11:00 AM PST. Early check-in or late check-out is available with advance approval for $60/hour. Unauthorized late departures incur a $300/hour penalty.
Left Items: Left-behind items may be returned upon request for a $25 handling fee plus shipping. Unclaimed items are discarded after 14 days.
