True Gulf-front with private beach access. This three-story home sits directly on the Gulf with deeded beach access from both the ground level and second floor — no walkover, no shared path. Four beach chairs and four beach umbrellas are included.
Over 1,000 square feet of deck space across all three floors. The second-floor deck has an outdoor dining area and lounge seating; the third-floor deck is oriented for unobstructed Gulf views. Wall-to-wall windows on the main living level mean the views follow you inside.
Well-appointed kitchen for a full group. Stainless steel appliances include a French-door refrigerator, island stove and oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The marble dining table seats eight, with two more at the kitchen island. Starter supplies are minimal — KEY.co can arrange grocery delivery before you arrive.

The views from the decks/porches are spectacular!!! You get a panoramic view that is amazing!!! You can see so far east as the beach curves around!! At the Sandbox you are very close to the shore!!! The security gentleman, Don, keeps people off your private beach!! The house is beautiful inside out!!! All eleven of us loved it!!!

Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, French-door fridge, oven in the island, built-in stove, coffee maker and cookware.

Security camera details: One camera is located on the back of house to view the beach, not pointed at any private areas. Other camera is located beside front door as a doorbell camera. Cameras are active.

There is a beach setup with four beach chairs and four beach umbrellas.

Please note that the bottom floor is parking and storage only.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
  • Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
  • Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
