Parking information

- The garage can only fit a mid-size vehicle. There is driveway parking for one car as well. \*DO NOT park in front of the neighboring garage. Vehicles blocking the neighbor's garage or driveway will be towed without notice. We will not be responsible for any costs or damages associated with such towing. \*A 4x4 is required to reach this condo in winter.

The location of this home is close to town and close to Deer Valley and Park City resorts. Lots of space to spread out, but you should know there are lots of stairs.

This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
The Property is provided as is, and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
