Things you need to know
The home includes 24/7 support from a local manager for check-in and service needs, a fully stocked kitchen, premium linens and towels, a bathroom amenities starter kit (including toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and soap), and a hair dryer and ironing equipment.
For stays of 5–9 nights, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning is provided. Stays over 10 nights receive two mid-stay cleanings, including linens, towels, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and lanai maintenance.

- Children 12 years and under stay free but are included in the maximum occupancy.
- An accepted credit card matching the reservation name is required at check-in.
- Properties are intended for overnight lodging accommodations only.

- Pets: No pets allowed for short-term stays. Pets are permitted only for homeowners and long-term stays (30+ nights). Registered service animals are allowed. Hawaii state quarantine and pet travel requirements apply.
- All units are non-smoking; outdoor areas may be restricted per Homeowner Association rules.
