- 1 driveway space - Ample street parking available - There are two ADUs on the back side of the house; they are totally separate, gated-off units. Their driveway is located on the right side of the house, so we kindly ask that your cars not block their entrance.

Our stay here felt like pure luxury. The rooftop deck was the highlight—the view is incredible, better than the pictures, and the huge hot tub up there made it next-level…you can do laps in it. Soaking while looking out at that view felt like a private resort. A train does pass by about every hour, but it’s far enough away that we only noticed it on the rooftop. It didn’t affect our stay at all. Inside, everything impressed. The bamboo sheets were super soft, giving the bedroom a hotel feel. The shower was massive—bigger than any we’ve seen in a rental. I mean it’s insane! The host went above and beyond. We were personally checked in and given a tour, but there was also the option for self check-in if we preferred. That flexibility was perfect. The location is great—just a 5-minute walk to a park and another 5 to a gorgeous beach. Between the rooftop, hot tub, beach, and park, we honestly didn’t want to leave. This place is a gem, a polished one at that!

Children must be accompanied by an adult while in the hot tub.
Hot tub must be covered overnight.
All doors must remain locked while away from the property.
