KEY Curation Notes

Jayhawk lift sits steps from the door. It connects straight to Madison Base, and the terrain right out of the building is beginner and snowboard friendly. Skis are valeted overnight with a private locker for the rest of your gear, which keeps the condo free of ski equipment.

Club amenities come with a nightly access fee. The shared pool, with lap lanes, a waterslide and multiple hot tubs, opens up along with the gym and on-site restaurant through a per-person fee for everyone 13 and older. The fee is capped at five days and settled on arrival.

Summer brings the lake to your doorstep. Ulery’s Lake Camp runs daily with paddleboards, canoes, kayaks and a water trampoline. Reserve golf access comes with the stay, with summer tee times booked by phone.

The balcony frames Lone Peak and Ulery’s Lake. A gas fireplace anchors the living room. Two king bedrooms, two baths, a full laundry room and a designated covered parking spot round out the setup.

Arrival supplies cover the essentials. Expect a coffee starter kit, salt and pepper, oil and vinegar, and cleaning basics. KEY.co grocery delivery is the easy way to have the kitchen stocked before you walk in.

The mandatory guest access fee of $200 per person per day for guests 13 and over is due upon arrival with Moonlight Basin Member Services.

Ski stress-free directly in and out of your unit by utilizing our lift ticket and ski rental delivery system.

Garbage pick-ups are provided daily as-needed, and we additionally will stock groceries for arrivals upon request. Featuring Malin & Goetz toiletries, luxury linens and towels are flawlessly placed in each bedroom and bathroom. A coffee starter kit, salt/pepper, oil/vinegar, cleaning supplies (dish soap, dish detergent, paper towels, etc.) are additionally placed to make your stay as convenient and seamless as possible.

If staying in the Moonlight Lodge or the LakeLodge, you must pay the Guest Access fee for the entire length of your stay, 5 days maximum, to utilize the club amenities. Individuals 13 years and older must be counted as "Adult" in the booking process to receive Moonlight Amenity Access.**
