Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Holiday dates are excluded from the cancellation policy, as all holiday bookings are non-refundable.
- With the exception of guests registered in the original booking number, outside visitors not pre-approved by the management are not allowed at any time inside the premises.
- We are a strictly non-smoking rental. We ask that you not smoke in the house at all. If evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarettes inside the home and/or cigarette burns on the furniture, is noticed by the cleaning crew there will be a $500 damage assessment.
- Pets are strictly not allowed unless otherwise discussed with the management before booking. We offer a selection of homes that are pet-friendly. Feel free to inquire with our reservations agents about pet-friendly homes. Please note that there is an extra charge for bringing pets to any of our properties.
- Our properties are part of beautiful residential neighborhoods where other residents are mutually respectful of each other’s privacy. We ask that you please refrain from having raucous late-night parties and especially from playing loud music or making excessive noise after 10 pm. or before 8 am.
- We ask that the occupants take full responsibility for securing their personal belongings. Please lock your valuables whenever leaving the house. The management is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
- The management is an ecologically minded business. We kindly request your agreement to the following energy conservation guidelines: When using the air-conditioning units, please remember to turn them off when not in use and keep usage to a minimum. Before leaving any room, please remember to switch off all lights. By following these recomendations, you contribute to our collective effort in conserving energy and promoting sustainability.
