KEY Curation Notes

Both bedrooms have a king bed, a genuine differentiator for a group of five, with the primary suite adding an ensuite bath and a private balcony over the koi pond and waterfall.

Sleeps five, but only four have a bed of their own. A sleeper sofa in the living room covers the fifth guest, worth knowing ahead of a booking that assumes otherwise.

Skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, alongside a dedicated desk and work area built into each bedroom for remote work or study.

Same gated Seascape Sur setting as its sister units, with zen landscaping, waterfalls, koi ponds, two pools, two spas, and beach access via private staircase.

Parking is underground and tandem with low clearance, best for smaller vehicles, and the community's many stairways are worth knowing for anyone with mobility concerns.

Although I have lived in Southern California my whole life I had never been to Solano Beach. This little town and wonderful beach is a hidden gem!!We recently enjoyed a stay at a luxurious beach condo in the Seascape Sur development, right on Solana Beach. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit was perfectly equipped for our group of four, offering stunning ocean views through its floor-to-ceiling windows. Our favorite spot was the comfy recliners which allowed us to watch the surfers in the morning and the sunset in the evening. It's a perfect location allowing you to leave your car in the garage ans walk to coffee, dinner and shopping. I will definitely stay here again!
