Parking information
- Space for four** **vehicles, including garage access. Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000. - Follow city-enforced parking limits. If you need more space, let us know. - During winter, snow removal from the driveway is provided automatically. But during severe storms, please be patient with the drivers as they are doing all they can to keep up with accumulation. Be sure you know the laws in regards to winter parking. Do not park in the street. Your car will get a ticket and/or be towed.

Things you need to know
Additional convenience is provided by the garage, available for secure storage of skis and snowboards during winter, or bicycles in the warmer months.

Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Our property enjoys high occupancy rates throughout the entire winter and for most of the summer season. To secure your preferred dates, we strongly advise you to make your booking well in advance of your intended visit.
- Please respect the home and follow the rules, just as you expect timely assistance from us. Many of these rules are city regulations, while others help us maintain the homes in top condition. Our goal is to ensure a great experience for our guests and property owners.
- Adhere to the maximum occupancy limits enforced by us and the city. No exceptions.
- Be respectful to neighbors. Keep music inside and at a low volume. We have monitoring system in place that reads decibels of noise and notifies you directly and us of loud noises.
- Ants: Clean up after meals to avoid attracting ants. We use traps and sprays, but cleanliness is key.
- Trash: Dispose of trash at the designated clean site as required by city regulation.
- We do not allow parties. This rule is strictly enforced.
- The premises are for the sole use as a personal vacation residence by approved guests.
- Premises will be delivered to guest in a professionally cleaned condition. Should guest's use and activity require more than regular cleaning services, guest will be charged for associated excess costs.
- Management assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or abandoned items. Reasonable effort will be made to contact the guest for return. There will be a $45.00 handling charge plus shipping costs for any found items returned at guest’s request. Management shall not be held liable for condition of said items.
- No illegal substances are allowed in the rental, and minors should not be in possession of alcohol.
- Guest agrees that air conditioning shall not be set below 72 degrees and heat shall not be set above 78, and that the fan setting shall be “Auto”. Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation. There are no refunds for lack of, or malfunctioning HVAC units.
