Things you need to know

With a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple of garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.

Towels and linens will be provided.

Guests will have access to the entire unit and all amenities within.

Restrictions

  • Minimum nights of stay vary by time of year.
  • Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night plus tax
  • Please note that this home does not allow animals of any kind in or on the property at any time. This is due to severe allergies in the homeowners’ family. We are sorry, but service and support animals also may not be allowed as this would result in an undue burden and significant expenses to the owner to restore the property and arrange deep cleanings. No exceptions will be made and violators of this rule will be evicted with a $1,000 deep cleaning penalty fee and no refund of unused dates.
  • All equipment in the unit should be in working order. Please immediately report any equipment problems to the office.
  • If you are not satisfied with the housekeeping upon arrival, please notify our office immediately. If the office is closed, please use the after-hours number provided in your arrival packet. We will send a housekeeper as quickly as possible. NO REFUNDS will be granted for unsatisfactory housekeeping, but every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your needs.
  • Please be aware that certain communities have strict standards regarding the number of vehicles at a property. Some areas may not allow motorcycles, RVs, or trailers. You must adhere to these regulations at all times during your stay.
  • Any locked closets or other locked areas are reserved for the storage of Owners’ private property. They are not included in this rental.
  • Agent is not responsible for items left in rental units. In the event that Tenant leaves behind items of utmost importance, Agent will attempt to retrieve and return items at Tenant’s expense, but such retrieval cannot and will not be guaranteed.
  • Tenant understands that Property is a privately owned vacation rental home and is not intended to serve as an event venue. If the Tenant wishes to hold any form of celebration, gathering, reunion, or other event at the Property, the Tenant must first seek written permission from the Agent before the reservation will be accepted or confirmed.
