KEY Curation Notes

A blufftop position in the same gated Seascape Sur community as its sister units, with zen landscaping, waterfalls, koi ponds, two pools, two spas, and direct beach access via private staircase.

Only the primary bedroom offers full comfort separation. It has a king bed; the second bedroom's queen bed sits closer to the shared living space, a layout suited to two travelers rather than two couples wanting equal privacy.

The fireplace is decorative and doesn't operate, and there's no air conditioning, with ocean breeze and fans doing the cooling instead.

Parking is underground and tandem with low clearance, best for smaller vehicles, and the community's many stairways are worth knowing for anyone with mobility concerns.

A six-night minimum applies here, a Solana Beach regulation rather than a house policy, worth flagging upfront for shorter trips.

We’ve rented many times in the Solana Beach and greater San Diego area, this property was the cleanest and quietest place we’ve rented so far. We absolutely loved everything about it! We will definitely rent this location again.
