The living area, adorned with a magnificent Jotul gas stove, offers warmth and ambiance without the fuss of firewood, alongside a TV and a high-top table with seating options that cater to diverse preferences. Each side of the cabin presents a King bedroom suite, complete with private bathrooms, walk-in showers, and individual washer and dryer sets, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. - The home is located Bethlehem, a historic town home to some great restaurants (Rek'lis Brewery is less than 2 miles away!), and just 20 minutes from the great ski resorts of Bretton Woods and Cannon Mountain. A gem of the North, Bethlehem, once a mecca of mountain tourism, is seeing a renaissance with its great restaurants and shops, the quaint main street with a fantastic view of Mount Washington, the Colonial Theater, its famous golf courses, The Rocks, an ever-growing bike trail system, events and concerts, and much more. - Just a short drive away, you will also find the award-winning town of Littleton, and countless options for outdoor activities year-round, from amazing parks, hikes, and waterfalls, to the Cog Railway and other scenic railroads, to kid-friendly attractions such as Santa's Village, StoryLand, Clark's Trading Post, the Lost River Gorge, and so on.
Parking information
- Parking limit: Four vehicles - During winter, snow removal from the driveway is provided automatically. But during severe storms, please be patient with the drivers as they are doing all they can to keep up with accumulation. Be sure you know the laws in regard to winter parking. Be prepared. - Many homes are in HOAs that do not allow parking on the street even during the summer. HOAs also generally restrict parking to 1 or 2 vehicles; you will be provided with clear parking instructions and directions to overflow parking.

100% Refund: Receive a 100% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 31 days before check-in.
50% Refund: Receive a 50% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 14 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 30 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Things you need to know
Pool and gym passes are available for our guests at the cost of $25 per person per day.
Linen, towels, and a starter kit of essential amenities (soap, shampoos, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels) are included with your cleaning fee.

Electronic locks are not available for this style door. An electronic lock box will be used instead.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Guest count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed.
- No parties without express authorization.
- During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others. No fireworks on property.
- We are in Bear Country. No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; There is a fee for violations.
- A responsible adult needs to be present during each rental. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Obey all local laws, including traffic and speed limits.
- Guest agrees not to perform any criminal activity on the premises; this includes the usage of the home’s internet access for illegal activities.
- Towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets are not meant for outside use or make-up removal. Guest will be responsible for any damage to these items, including excessive staining.
- Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a charge for excessive cleaning.
- Do not put any feminine products in the toilet. Plungers are provided if a clog occurs. Please do not pour grease down the drain. The cost for fixing any issues arising from guest(s) carelessness will be the Guest’s responsibility.
- Always lock the doors and windows when you leave the vacation rental. KEY does not assume any responsibility for injuries resulting from your failure to use due caution.
- Candles are not allowed due to fire hazards. Per NH State Law, no open flames (including charcoal grills) are allowed near any building housing three or more units.
- No illegal substances are allowed in the rental, and minors should not be in possession of alcohol.
- No hunting on premises.
- Air conditioning shall not be set below 72 degrees and heat shall not be set above 78 and that the fan setting shall be “Auto”. Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation. There are no refunds for lack of or malfunctioning HVAC units.
