This is a 2-story home with additional stairs to the roof deck.

Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
Loud noises, music, and/or loud vehicle noises are not permitted between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
No guests in excess of the maximum occupancy specified in the rental agreement shall occupy the property.
The property may not be used for weddings, receptions, parties, or any other large gatherings.
No illegal substances are allowed on the premises, including, without limitation, minors possessing alcoholic beverages.
