Four separate outdoor living areas—ground floor patio, second-floor deck, and roof deck with ocean views—elevate the entire vacation experience. The ground floor features a patio with string lights, seating, and a custom outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after beach days, while the rooftop deck offers panoramic ocean and sunset views. Each space is intentionally furnished for entertaining or quiet relaxation.

The maximum occupancy is 4 adults (children allowed), and bunk bed weight capacity is limited to 150 lbs. Windansea is a close-knit, quiet neighborhood where exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring enforce a strict no-parties policy.

The property requires all renters to be 30+, and violations of the noise and occupancy rules result in immediate eviction without refund. Beach essentials including chairs and umbrella are provided, but summer evenings may be warm given the absence of AC—fans are your cooling option.
