KEY Curation Notes

Private heated saltwater pool and spa on meticulously landscaped grounds in East Dennis — the pool area is the centerpiece of the property, fenced and fully outfitted with deck furniture. Cold Storage Beach on Cape Cod Bay is 0.6 miles away; the combination of on-site pool and a short walk to a bayside beach is what makes this property work for large groups with kids.
A separate guest house with its own kitchenette, living area, and full bath — the guest house holds the sixth bedroom (king) and gives large groups genuine separation. Ideal for a family with young children, an in-law pairing, or two couples who want their own space at night.
Six bedrooms, five baths, sleeping fourteen — the primary suite and one additional bedroom upstairs are both en suite. A lower-level rec room adds a second living space beyond the main floor. The dining table seats fourteen, which is unusual and genuinely useful at this group size.

This home exceeded our expectations. It is absolutely gorgeous. There were 10 of us staying there and it was very comfortable, we were able to all spread out. It is close and easy to get to the beach, and the location in general can't be beat! The pool really made this house unique, the kids loved the pool (it was the perfect temp) and used it often! The house is clean, well maintained, and just beautiful. Would highly recommend!!

The home is available for year-round bookings. Please see below for minimum stay requirements based on the time of year. Please note, off-season bookings do not include the pool, spa or guest house and occupancy for these bookings is capped at 12 people in the main house only. The cleaning fee is reduced as well during these stays.

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

  • Primary Guest must be 25+ and present for the entire stay; violations may result in cancellation or eviction without refund
