KEY Curation Notes

Private heated saltwater pool and spa on meticulously landscaped grounds in East Dennis — the pool area is the centerpiece of the property, fenced and fully outfitted with deck furniture. Cold Storage Beach on Cape Cod Bay is 0.6 miles away; the combination of on-site pool and a short walk to a bayside beach is what makes this property work for large groups with kids.

A separate guest house with its own kitchenette, living area, and full bath — the guest house holds the sixth bedroom (king) and gives large groups genuine separation. Ideal for a family with young children, an in-law pairing, or two couples who want their own space at night.

Six bedrooms, five baths, sleeping fourteen — the primary suite and one additional bedroom upstairs are both en suite. A lower-level rec room adds a second living space beyond the main floor. The dining table seats fourteen, which is unusual and genuinely useful at this group size.

Gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a library/office, and a den — the level of interior finish, including professional interior design throughout, is consistently flagged as a standout across all reviews. Fireplace in the main living area.

Important seasonal note: pool, spa, and guest house are only included in summer bookings — off-season reservations (October through mid-May) do not include the pool or guest house, and occupancy is capped at twelve in the main house. Confirm the terms of your specific dates before booking.

Dennis Village on historic Route 6A is three miles away — one of the Cape's most charming main streets, with galleries, restaurants, and the Cape Playhouse. Hyannis and the island ferries are about 20 minutes by car.

This home exceeded our expectations. It is absolutely gorgeous. There were 10 of us staying there and it was very comfortable, we were able to all spread out. It is close and easy to get to the beach, and the location in general can't be beat! The pool really made this house unique, the kids loved the pool (it was the perfect temp) and used it often! The house is clean, well maintained, and just beautiful. Would highly recommend!!

The home is available for year-round bookings. Please see below for minimum stay requirements based on the time of year. Please note, off-season bookings do not include the pool, spa or guest house and occupancy for these bookings is capped at 12 people in the main house only. The cleaning fee is reduced as well during these stays.
