Located on La Costa Resort & Spa grounds, this condo puts you steps from championship golf, a full spa, restaurants, and tennis courts. You're minutes from the beach and shopping in Carlsbad, with easy freeway access to San Diego attractions.

The communal heated pool overlooks the grounds and runs March through November at 80 degrees. Your private balcony faces the pool area, so you'll have that view and the ambient activity without giving up quiet. If you want access to the main resort's multiple pools, you'll need to purchase a day pass directly with the resort.

A fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig with complimentary K-Cup pods, stainless steel appliances, and everything from cookware to spices. The master bedroom opens to its own en-suite bath, while the second bedroom has direct patio access and a queen bed.

Elevator access from the underground gated parking to your second-floor unit means zero stairs and step-free convenience from car to door. The building has high-speed WiFi (200mbps) throughout, and self-service laundry is available in the communal room on a pay-per-use basis.

The bathtub has high walls that may be challenging for guests with limited mobility, though grab bars are installed. If a lower-sided shower is essential to your stay, confirm the layout with the host before booking.

Very responsive host, beautiful location, lovely neighborhood with extremely kind people. The complex has a lot to offer especially if you are into tennis and golf. The day starts quite early though, get ready to hear some blowers at 7AM. You won't be bothered much if you have the balcony doors shut. Place is clean with all you need quite well organized. The bathtub is not for people with leg problems. Too high and too wide for many. This part of Carlsbad is amazing! Loved the surroundings.

A starter set of essentials is provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, and Keurig coffee K-cups. For longer stays, guests will need to replenish consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and other supplies as needed.

Bath towels, beach towels, clean linens, quilts, and cold-weather blankets are provided. Where available, beach supplies such as beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and kids' beach toys are also included.

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and remain at the property for the duration of the stay. Please notify management in advance if any guests under 18 years of age will be staying at the property.
Occupancy must not exceed the maximum listed for the property unless approved in writing. Over-occupancy incurs a $500-per-person-per-day fee and may result in eviction.
Guests are responsible for complying with the Rental Agreement, HOA/community rules, and all applicable property policies.
Properties are for residential vacation use only.

Events & Noise

Commercial use, parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are prohibited.
Events, commercial use, or gatherings require prior written approval.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–10:00 AM. Repeated noise complaints may result in eviction without refund.

Prohibited Activities

Pets: Pets are prohibited unless expressly permitted or approved. Approved dogs incur a $150 non-refundable fee per dog. Service animals are permitted in accordance with the ADA; please notify management in advance if bringing a service animal. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction and forfeiture of payment.
Smoking/Vaping: Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations incur a $500 cleaning fee and may result in immediate eviction.
Illegal Substances: Drug use or other criminal activity is prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Other Specific Restrictions: Tampering with smoke detectors, Wi-Fi routers, or exterior security cameras is prohibited. Cryptocurrency mining and the use of stolen credit cards are prohibited and may result in immediate eviction.

Equipment & Amenities

Equipment Reporting: Inspect the property upon arrival and promptly report any existing damage. The property will also be inspected after check-out.
Parking Rules: Follow all posted parking and community parking regulations. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the guest's expense.
No Refunds for Malfunctions: No refunds are provided for inoperable amenities _(if equipped)_, including hot tubs, Wi-Fi, or HVAC.

Checkout & Care

Cleaning Expectations: A non-refundable cleaning fee is charged at the time of booking. Additional fees apply for excessive cleaning or property damage.
Checkout Procedures: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM PST, and check-out is by 11:00 AM PST. Early check-in or late check-out is available with advance approval for $60/hour. Unauthorized late departures incur a $300/hour penalty.
Left Items: Left-behind items may be returned upon request for a $25 handling fee plus shipping. Unclaimed items are discarded after 14 days.
