Parking information

- Garage parking: guests will have access to one parking space in a shared, underground garage. - Guest will have a reserved garage parking spot. Entrance height of the garage is 7 feet tall (84 inches). There is also guest parking out front.

Very responsive host, beautiful location, lovely neighborhood with extremely kind people. The complex has a lot to offer especially if you are into tennis and golf. The day starts quite early though, get ready to hear some blowers at 7AM. You won't be bothered much if you have the balcony doors shut. Place is clean with all you need quite well organized. The bathtub is not for people with leg problems. Too high and too wide for many. This part of Carlsbad is amazing! Loved the surroundings.

Things you need to know

There is a communal laundry room in the building with machines you can pay for via credit card.

Guests can pay for spa treatments at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa. Book tee times at the golf course on the resort. Book tennis lessons directly with the resort. The resort does not allow free play for non-resort guests, lessons only. To use the resort pools guests need to purchase a resort pass directly with the resort.

We provide toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, and coffee K-cups for the Keurig.

We also supply bath towels, beach towels, clean linens, quilts, cold weather blankets, and where available beach supplies such as beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and kids' beach toys.

Please note we provide guests with a starter set of supplies. For longer stays, guests will need to resupply items such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc.

Pool heated to 80 degrees between March to November.

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Security Deposit Hold of $500 is required prior to guest arrival.
  • Please note: Bathtub walls are high and may be more difficult for some guests to get in and out of. There are hand-held grab bars installed to assist with entry and exit into the bath tub.
  • If an item is left behind and we are able to find the item, we will ship it back to the guest at the guest's expense for shipping. Any items left behind and not claimed within two weeks of departure will be discarded.
  • Keep the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit, and cause no unsafe or unsanitary conditions in the Rental Property (or the common area of the community) that Guest uses.
  • Do not use the premises for any commercial activities, or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation.
  • The Rental Property is for single-family residential use only and in no event shall the Rental Property be occupied by more persons than the capacity of the property as stated on the public listing description of the Rental Property, without prior approval by Owner.
  • No fraternities, sororities, school, civic, or other non-family groups are allowed unless Owner grants prior approval.
  • The cleaning fee shall not be refunded after Guest's stay. The cleaning fee is applied for the normal cleaning of the property. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property requires heavy cleaning after Guest's departure.
  • Guests must inform the Manager of their intention to bring children and the specific number. A child is defined as any person under the age of 18.
  • No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, hot tubs, elevators, internet, wifi, etc.
  • No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuations of the area by county officials due to potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of god or nature.
  • No Roof Access. With the exception of a rental property that has a rooftop patio, no Guest shall stand, sit, sleep, climb, lie, walk or run on the property roof.
  • Misuse of a hot tub or pool by the spilling of foreign substances into the pool, i.e. soap, shampoo, oils, glass or metal will result in a service call charge at the sole discretion of Manager, charged to Guest. Under no circumstances are pets allowed in pools or hot tubs. Violation of this provision shall be grounds for expedited eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid.
  • This Rental Property is a non-smoking and a non-vaping property.
