A retro arcade system preloaded with over 3,000 games ready to play right in the living room is available for an additional small fee; message us for details.
Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided.
For stays of 28+ nights, utilities are included up to $450 per month. Any usage exceeding $450 will be charged to the guest and documented.

- For stays of 28 nights or longer, utilities are included up to the property manager’s monthly allowance. Usage exceeding the included allowance will be charged to the guest.
