KEY Curation Notes

Four bedrooms across a quiet preserve setting with bay views—master and fourth bedroom each have en-suite bathrooms; queen and twin XL in shared bath configuration; sleeps seven. Two living areas, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining for eight, washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, and smart TVs in every bedroom.

Three blocks to Choctawhatchee Bay; 15 minutes to 30A public beach access. Two-level deck and balcony space; back deck with seating overlooks the natural preserve and bay.

Four bikes, one free round of golf per day, and one dolphin cruise or snorkel voucher daily (March–October) included through a partnership. No private pool; community amenities depend on whether the property is in a gated development with shared facilities.

Construction ongoing in the surrounding 30 North development area—active exterior work Monday–Friday during business hours. The property itself is set back in a peaceful preserve zone, but development noise may be audible during the day.

Pet friendly for dogs only (well-trained, potty-trained, 2+ years preferred, crate-trained preferred); $350+ damage fee minimum applies. 25+ minimum to rent. Management provides initial supplies: dishwasher soap, laundry powder, bathroom amenities, toilet paper, and paper towels.
