Parking information
- Free parking \*During winter, snow removal from the driveway is provided automatically. But during severe storms, please be patient with the drivers as they are doing all they can to keep up with accumulation. Be sure you know the laws in regard to winter parking. Do not park in the street! Your car will get a ticket and/or be towed! Driving conditions may be hazardous as well. Be prepared. Many homes are in HOA’s that do not allow parking on the street even during the summer.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 94 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Please note that the resort charges a one-time registration fee of $65 and a $20/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30-day period. The fee includes free parking, Wifi throughout the resort, a full high-definition cable package, and local phone calls. This fee is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival.

Restrictions
- Minimum nights of stay vary by home and by time of year.
- Note that the resort charges a one-time registration fee of $60 and an $18/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30-day period. The fee includes free parking, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, a full high-definition cable package, and local phone calls. This fee is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. As per Resort the one-time registration fee will increase to $65 and the daily fee to $20 per day will be Effective April 15, 2023.
- No unlawful activity or any other activity that constitutes a nuisance is permitted on the Premises. Approved Guests take full responsibility for all lost or broken items and any damages to the Property of any kind.
- Premises will be delivered to Guests in a professionally cleaned condition. Should the Guest's use and activity require more than regular cleaning services, the Guest will be charged for associated excess costs.
- Guest shall, on arrival, examine the Premises, all furniture, furnishings, appliances, fixtures, and landscaping, if any, and shall immediately report, in writing, if any are not in operating condition or are in disrepair. Reporting repairs does not give the Guest the right to cancel this Agreement or receive a refund of any payments made.
- Management assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or abandoned items. Reasonable effort will be made to contact the Guest for return. There will be a $25.00 handling charge plus shipping costs for any found items returned at the Guest’s request. Management shall not be held liable for the condition of said items. Any items not claimed for longer than 30 days, may be donated or sold.
- You may ship directly to the home that you are staying in using FedEx or UPS while you are in the home, however, we can not guarantee delivery or security of the package. This will be up to the shipping client and the shipping receiver to arrange.
