This luxurious home is conveniently positioned in the heart of Sag Harbor near Sag Harbor Village and Bridgehampton. Its location grants guests seamless access to a fantastic selection of pristine Hamptons beaches, top-tier local restaurants, and the Elizabeth A. Morton National Wildlife Refuge.
Parking information
Cars can park in the driveway of the property and there is plenty of space for parking. The garage is not accessible.

This was the perfect place to stay! Beautiful home right near the Main Street and Beach in Sag Harbor. Beautiful pool. The host was very responsive and quick, if we needed anything they quickly responded and had items sent immediately. Plenty of space! Exactly how it was pictured! Highly recommend!

The spacious, open-concept living area offers an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and gathering. Its expansive layout creates a seamless flow between the living and dining spaces.
The fully stocked kitchen combines convenience and functionality, making meal preparation and entertaining effortless. Its open layout connects seamlessly with the main living area.
The private outdoor oasis features a sparkling saltwater pool, outdoor shower, and a full-size basketball and tennis court. Designed for both relaxation and recreation, the space offers an idyllic setting for enjoying the Hamptons lifestyle.
The pool is open seasonally and will close on September 15, 2026. It is professionally cleaned and chemically balanced weekly; however, as an open-air pool, natural debris between service visits is normal. A skimmer net is provided for your convenience, and our team is always happy to assist if needed.
Please note the pool is serviced on Tuesdays during the open season, and both the pool and hot tub are closed during the winter months.
Landscaping, seasonal pool maintenance, and pest control maintain periodic service schedules that may take place during your stay.
If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75/night fee. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights.
The jacuzzi jets in the primary bathroom are not functional.
Please note, a required propane fee of $75 per day applies to all stays.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Age: Bookings restricted to guests 30 and older.
- Screening & Verification: All guests must pass identity verification and fraud screening. Stays of 30+ nights require a full third-party background check.
- Rental Agreement: Primary guest must sign the rental agreement before arrival.
- Guest Accountability: Unapproved third-party bookings are prohibited. The primary booker must check in and remain present for the stay.
- Maximum Occupancy: Any request to exceed maximum occupancy requires owner approval.
Events & Noise
- Events: Parties are strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Allowed with prior approval and documentation. One-time fee of $150 for stays under 30 nights or $350 for stays of 30+ nights. Undocumented pets result in penalty fees and possible lease termination.
- Smoking: Prohibited everywhere on the property, indoors and outdoors. $1,000 odor removal fee and possible removal from the property.
Equipment & Amenities
- Pool & Hot Tub: Pool is open seasonally and closes September 15, 2026. Pool and hot tub are closed during winter months. Pool is serviced Tuesdays during open season, and natural debris between visits is normal; a skimmer net is provided.

Checkout & Care

Liability & Disclaimers
- Damage Waiver: Covers accidental damage up to $2,500 per incident. Intentional damage, theft, and wear-and-tear are excluded.
- Security Deposit: Credit card authorization hold for stays under 179 nights in designated regions. Stays over 180 nights require a one-month cash deposit.
- Property Maintenance: Landscaping, seasonal pool maintenance, and pest control may take place during your stay.
