This historic home was built in 1892 and was most recently The Fig Restaurant and has now been converted back to a beautiful home. Centrally located in heart of downtown Templeton next to the Town Center Park, it also has quick and easy access to downtown Paso Robles, Route 101, Route 46 West, Paso Airport, PR Event Center, and Vina Robles Amphitheatre, and over 200 beautiful wineries in the Paso Robles AVA. This newly renovated home is roomy and comfortable inside with rustic hardwood floors and 12-foot ceilings throughout. Just outside the front and back side doors is an amazing wrap-around porch with ceiling fans and comfortable outdoor furniture. The perfect spot to sip some wine on our warm summer evenings. It’s the ideal getaway for a weekend with friends or a three-couple wine retreat. This is a home you will want to visit again and again. The wrap-around porch is the perfect spot to dine al fresco on the wooden table with seating for six, hang out in the conversation area and have a glass of wine, or just relax and enjoy a good book and the cool breeze from the ceiling fans. If you are looking for a more private setting, there is a beautiful fenced-in backyard, complete with herb gardens and flowers in metal bins, a trellis-covered stage, and a trellis-covered grassy area for dining in the shade.
