Our vacation home offers a truly luxurious and spacious retreat for your getaway. Nestled within a stunning setting, this exquisite property boasts an impressive 11-mile lagoon system, creating a serene and picturesque environment. As you step through the front entrance, a grand foyer welcomes you, setting the tone for the elegance that awaits. Upon entering, you'll discover a beautifully designed formal dining area to your left, providing ample space to comfortably seat ten guests. The main living area, featuring a large fireplace (not for guest use), awaits just ahead, offering a cozy ambiance for relaxation. From here, you can access the expansive private outdoor area, a true haven for outdoor enthusiasts. The kitchen is a chef's dream, meticulously crafted to cater to your group's needs. Equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, including two dishwashers, and adorned with granite countertops, it provides the perfect setting for culinary adventures. Additionally, the kitchen offers bar seating for seven and a full-size dining table for six, ensuring plenty of room for everyone to gather and enjoy meals together. Ascending the elegant staircase, you'll discover three additional bedrooms on the second floor. For an additional fee, the spa and pool can be heated from June to October, ensuring year-round enjoyment.
