We booked two years in a row and thoroughly enjoy staying here. The unit has a beautiful view of the marsh and is less than a 5 minute walk to to great restaurants, the marina and shops at Shelter Cove.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 64 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
The community pools are opened seasonally, the dates vary and are subject to change.
Kitchen is equipped with all the essential appliances and amenities needed for cooking and food preparation.
Complimentary starter-supply toiletries, dishwasher detergent and liquid.
Each person (up to the maximum occupancy) will receive two bath towels, one hand towel, and one washcloth, while every bathroom is equipped with a bath mat.
Free tennis or pickleball court time when available.
Please remember to bring your own beach towels, as well as note that beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided but can be rented.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Towel bundles and additional linens can be provided for a fee.
- Does not include daily or occasional housekeeping cleaning services during guest’s stay. Agent can arrange these services upon request and for an additional charge to guest.
- In the event guest fails to leave the premises in the condition described above, guest agrees to pay for any additional housekeeping services, if required.
- Infants under the age of two years old are not counted into the occupancy total.
- Keys cannot be left in the accommodation upon check-out and failure to return any and all keys will result in a $30.00 per key charge.
- No motorcycles, motorized scooters/skateboards of any kind are permitted. No RV’s, campers and trailers of any kind are not permitted in gate areas. Off resort storage arrangements must be made for boats, jet skis and kayaks. Also, no commercial vehicles with any type of company signage or wrapping allowed.
- Beach chairs and beach towels are not provided, please do not use home or villa linens as beach blankets.
