KEY Curation Notes

Direct beachfront on Nantucket Sound within the gated Great Island community — the home sits immediately above its own private stretch of sand, accessible from the back door. No stairs, no walk, no shared access.

Great room with floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides — the single-level layout is built entirely around the water view, with the living space wrapping around the beach exposure. The effect is consistent across every room.

Single-level layout with four bedrooms — two kings, one queen, and a twin room, with an additional loft area with two twin daybeds. Well-suited for families who want everything on one floor.

Recently refreshed throughout — new furniture, Bosch kitchen appliances, and fresh linens. The kitchen includes a Keurig, lobster pot, and full equipment; beach towels, an umbrella, and deck furniture are all provided.

Wraparound deck overlooks the beach — gas grill and deck furniture included. Outdoor shower is enclosed. The beach itself has soft sand with shells — good for shelling, calm enough for young kids in the water.

Great Island beaches and community amenities within the gate — Whale Beach (steps away), White Gate Beach, and Cove Beach on Lewis Bay are all accessible to residents and renters. Seagull Beach, one of the area's most popular public stretches, is a 15-minute walk along the shore.

No pool on this property — the Great Island Ocean Club association pool is available at a nearby section of the community, not directly affiliated with this home. Confirm access before booking if pool use is a priority.

The home was beautifully appointed and was well equipped. Loved the fact we just had to walk out the back door and down some steps to the private beach! The sand is soft, but there are a lot of shells, which is great for looking for some nice shells to take home! Location was good to get to various places-Chatham, Hyannis, Dennis Port. Would highly recommend this property. Also the management team were very helpful.
