Neighborhood: Winslow Landing - Nestled in the serene Winslow Landing neighborhood, this property provides easy, direct access to the beach, making it ideal for swimming and sunbathing. At low tide you can walk straight out for a mile or more on the famous Brewster Flats, where kids of all ages will delight in tracking moon snails and discovering all sorts of other fascinating critters in the tidal pools. Walk a few minutes in the opposite direction to Main Street, Brewster (Route 6A) for restaurant options, a bakery, sushi, a liquor store, convenience store, hardware store, bookstore and more. You're also very close to the popular Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path.

- The rental agreement strictly enforces a maximum number of passenger vehicles allowed to park at the property. - To ensure local guidelines and septic system capacities are respected, no exceptions are made to the vehicle limit designated on your lease.

The best part of this property is the location and the outdoor space. You are right on the bay and have a private beach plus a wonderful outdoor area to have family dinners or to relax and read a book. The house is also very well decorated and has an amazing set-up. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room within the house. Its a great location to also pick up the bike path and is close to all of the main Brewster attractions.

- Unauthorized Guest/Policy Fees: Violations of occupancy limits are subject to a $5,000 penalty charged to the account on file.
- Approved Use: The property is exclusively for private vacation or recreational use.

- Supplies: A starter supply of paper products and cleaning detergents is provided; fully consumed items should be replaced during the stay.
- Parking: Passenger vehicles may not exceed the number specified in the rental agreement; violations are subject to a $5,000 penalty charged to the account on file.
- Restricted Vehicles: Campers, RVs, motorhomes, and other vehicles providing separate sleeping accommodations are prohibited without prior written approval.
