Our stay at the Doane Rd property was amazing. The house is brand new and the construction quality is top notch. Each room is meticulously finished and decorated making us feel right at home from the minute we arrived. Large well appointed kitchen was great for cooking for our large group, and the backyard was perfect for keeping the kids busy in the pool. Location is 10/10 with an easy walk to main st.

Pool and spa are open and heated from 5/15/27 to 10/2/27.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Booking Age: The primary guest must meet the property manager’s minimum age requirement, 25 years old; photo identification may be required.
- Booking Terms: Finalized reservations are non-refundable; independent travel insurance is recommended for unexpected cancellations.
- Damage Protection: A non-refundable $250 booking fee includes Accidental Damage Protection covering up to $1,000 in self-reported incidental damage, provided damage is reported before checkout.
Events & Noise
- Events: Parties, weddings, large gatherings, and commercial events are strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted; unauthorized pets may result in immediate eviction.
- Smoking: Smoking is prohibited indoors and in immediate outdoor patio/deck areas.
- Indoor Fires: Indoor fires are prohibited, including during off-season and winter stays.
- Pool/Spa Glassware: Glassware is prohibited around the pool and spa areas (if equipped).
Equipment & Amenities
- Pool & Spa: The private pool and spa are seasonal and available heated from mid-May through early October (if equipped); off-season reservations do not include access.
- HVAC: Windows, doors, and skylights must remain closed while air conditioning or heating is running.
- Linens: Indoor bath towels may not be used outdoors; designated beach/pool towels must be used instead (if equipped).
Checkout & Care
- Furniture: Do not rearrange furniture or move indoor furniture between rooms.
- Cleaning: Excessive dirtiness, property neglect, or trash exceeding the capacity of the outside bins may result in additional cleaning fees.
- Damage Reporting: Incidental damage must be reported before checkout to qualify for applicable Accidental Damage Protection coverage.
