The sleeping arrangements include two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with full-over-full and twin-over-twin beds, accommodating a variety of group dynamics. Our stay was awesome. The home has everthing you need. There were nice places to sit and visit inside and outside the decks were perfect for the views that awaited us. The bedrooms had plenty of room for suitcases and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the home is ideal for walking, hiking, renting UTV's for a riding adventure or just going over to the club house for a drink or a meal. I would definetely go back to this lovely home.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
There are many homes in the Club that are currently under construction and construction vehicle noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed.
Delivered firewood for the outdoor fireplace, may be added to your booking, up until 1 week in advance of your arrival. You get two small dry kiln wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night plus tax. Please reach out with how many nights you would like to purchase.
The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
We provide a starter set of toilet tissue, paper towels, bath toiletries, dish soap, and trash bags that is good for one or two nights. But if you are staying for an extended length of time, you should plan to bring some supplies from home or plan to purchase these items at a grocery store when you arrive.
Hot tubs are professionally serviced between rentals.
Stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals.
Towels and linens will be provided.
We do not provide hair dryers.
Restrictions
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's.
- Guests must remove their own trash to the community Dumpsters near the home's street.
- Please carefully check the number of people each unit sleeps as detailed on the website description. This represents the maximum number of people, including children, allowed to occupy the property and/or be upon the grounds of the property at any given time.
- All equipment in the unit should be in working order.
- Vacation rental home and is not intended to serve as an event venue.
- Persons with a communicable disease, open wounds, or any infection should not use the hot tub.
- Please be aware that some properties are not equipped with air conditioning. KEY is not responsible for weather conditions at the time of tenancy, and there will be no refunds or switching of properties due to lack of air conditioning.
- No smoking is allowed on the premises.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
- Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by adult guardian or parent at all times.
