Private deep-water dock on Prince Cove with power and water hookups — direct access to Nantucket Sound — sits on the cove with panoramic water views from nearly every room and multiple decks. The dock is functional for boats; the Prince Cove public boat ramp is around the corner for trailered vessels. Day trips to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard by water are genuinely within reach.
Heated pool with hot tub, two fire pits, and a built-in outdoor grill area — the pool and outdoor entertaining space are the social center of the property, consistently described across 16 stays as exceptional. Upper and lower decks extend the outdoor living across multiple levels with water views at every vantage point.
Split-level layout across two floors sleeping eleven — main level has a king, a queen, and two full baths; lower level (full-size windows, not a basement) has a second TV room, three additional bedrooms (queen, three twins, queen), and two more full baths. Four baths for eleven is a strong ratio, and the lower-level separation works well for families with kids or mixed-age groups.
42-foot pool at a serious depth — 7.5 feet at the deep end, 33 inches at the shallow end. Well-suited for lap swimming and diving; worth knowing for families with very young children. Pool closes at the end of September.

This home is amazing, and our experience with the rental company was top notch! The house is HUGE, and is exactly as described and depicted. Our family of 9, including kids, parents and grandparents stayed for a full week and had a blast. The house is gorgeous, and has everything you can possibly want. Lots of room to spread out. Beautiful outdoor space! Great heated pool and hot tub, outdoor kitchen and fire pit. Perfectly appointed! Great location on the Cape as well, very convenient to attractions, dining, shopping, grocery, etc. Beautiful lake out back, gorgeous views out the big pictures windows. the realtor company was super responsive to our questions, and gave friendly advice on what to do, where to shop, etc. Even set us up with a concierge grocery delivery service that had all our groceries delivered and in the refrigerator for us when we arrived! I cannot say enough good things about this house, and this rental company. 10 out of 10 stars!!!
