KEY Curation Notes

Waterfront on Hyannis Harbor with water views from the main living spaces — sits directly on the water, with cathedral ceilings and walls of glass framing harbor views throughout the main floor.

Two beaches within easy walking distance — Veteran's Beach and Kalmus Beach are both around the corner. A beach pass for two cars is provided, and beach towels, an umbrella, and a cooler are included.

Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket ferries are a short walk away — the Ocean Street location puts the high-speed ferry terminals within comfortable walking distance, making day trips to the islands genuinely easy without driving or parking.

Five bedrooms across three floors — two kings on the first floor, a queen on the second, two twins on the first floor, and three built-in twins on the third. Four full baths and a half. The layout works well for multi-generational groups who want first-floor sleeping options.

Gourmet kitchen, fire pit, outdoor shower, and deck furniture — the outdoor setup is oriented toward the water. No pool on this configuration of the property.

Main Street Hyannis dining and shopping is roughly a 10-minute walk — the JFK Memorial, Cape Cod Maritime Museum, and the Melody Tent are all in the immediate neighborhood, making this one of the more activity-rich locations in the mid-Cape.

Provided items: Guests may need to bring linens, towels, and supplies unless otherwise stated; rentals may be available for a fee
Equipment reporting: Damage must be reported within 24 hours; unreported or excess damage beyond coverage (up to $1,000 or $300 for shorter stays) is chargeable
Locked areas: Restricted areas are off-limits; unauthorized access may result in charges
Maintenance access: Authorized personnel may enter for inspection, repairs, or showings with notice where required

Cleaning expectations: Must leave in clean, habitable condition; excess cleaning fees apply
Damage reporting: Report cleanliness or maintenance issues within 24 hours of check-in
Furniture & care: Return furniture to original placement; moving damage or misplacement may incur fees
Trash: Must be properly disposed of per instructions; excess trash removal may incur charges
Checkout compliance: Late checkout may incur fees up to $100 per 30 minutes
Keys: Lost keys incur a $60 replacement fee
