Things you need to know
This is a second-floor condo of a duplex unit. The downstairs condo is also a rental.
This home has several stairs (to the front door and to the primary and guest bedrooms)
Like many coastal homes, this home does not have A/C.
The ground floor patio remains private for the downstairs guests, however, beach access is through the shared patio gate.
This home is under the flight path, and you may hear aircraft noise from time to time.
This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
We provide a complimentary starter pack of amenities including rolls of paper towels, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, and detergent. You are responsible for the purchase of any additional items you may require during your stay.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- This home sleeps 8, with a maximum of 4 adults. We do not allow adults to sleep on the bunk bed.
- Loud noises, music, and/or loud vehicle noises are not permitted between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
- No guests in excess of the maximum occupancy specified in the rental agreement shall occupy the property.
- The property may not be used for weddings, receptions, parties, or any other large gatherings.
- No illegal substances are allowed on the premises, including, without limitation, minors possessing alcoholic beverages.
