Parking information

- Please note that a 4WD or AWD vehicle with snow tires is needed to navigate the driveway during winter months. Access without one is impossible from November to April. - The garage has space for 1 car. - Driveway has space for 8 vehicles.

95% Refund: Receive a 95% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before check-in.

45% Refund: Receive a 45% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 21 days before check-in.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds subject to a 5% processing fee of the total.

Guests MAY NOT park in neighbors' driveways or block driveways. These rules are strictly enforced.

Unfortunately, this home has many stairs and is not wheelchair accessible or appropriate for those with mobility issues.
Please be mindful that bears and other wildlife are active in this area and appropriate caution should be taken.
Due to extreme wildfire risk, all outdoor wood-burning fires, campfires, and charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per local short-term rental regulations.
Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems.
If you exceed the maximum number of guests listed on your reservation without approval, we are entitled to require you to vacate and remove from the Accommodation in a manner consistent with applicable law and you may be subject to additional fees.
Guest and registered guests will not use the Property for any commercial purpose, including professional filming and photography purposes at the Accommodation without prior written permission
Accessing neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
Guest will not make any alterations in or about the Property including, but not limited to, moving furniture, painting, wallpapering, adding or changing locks, installing an antenna or satellite dish(es), placing signs, displays or exhibits or using screws, fastening devices, nails or adhesive materials anywhere on the Property.
Please be advised that Guests staying at any Property located in an HOA community, or similar, are required to follow local rules, ordinances, or regulations.
