True beachfront on Cape Cod Bay — this North Truro home sits directly above its own private stretch of sand, with 60 stairs from the wraparound deck down to the water. The beach is steps from the house, not a walk away.

Panoramic bay views from nearly every room — the one-level, open-concept layout is oriented entirely toward the water, with multiple glass sliders opening to the deck. Sunsets are a recurring highlight.

Two en-suite bedrooms — the king primary suite and a queen bedroom each have private bathrooms and deck access; two additional bedrooms share a full hall bath. The layout sleeps ten including a sofa bed off the primary suite.

Association tennis court on property — the one recreational amenity worth flagging; no pool.

Wraparound deck fully outfitted for outdoor living — gas grill, dining table with umbrella, chaise loungers, and an outdoor shower. Beach towels and a cooler are provided.

This is a wonderful rental. Host was quick to respond and proactively reached out to provide me detailed information about the house. The home was very spacious, clean and designed well for larger families/groups. The massive outdoor deck and the million dollar ocean/sunset views really stole the show. Having a clean and picturesque beach just steps down was amazing. Very quick drive to many restaurants, sandwich shops and of course all the PTown fun. Highly recommend staying here!

Events: Weddings, parties, reunions, or large gatherings are not permitted
Noise compliance: Must follow all local noise and occupancy ordinances

Prohibited Activities

Pets: Not allowed unless pre-approved with signed addendum; non-refundable fees apply; violations may result in eviction, loss of deposit, and additional charges
Smoking: Strictly prohibited; Guest responsible for any odor or damage-related charges
Fire hazards: No campfires, fireworks, or open flames unless explicitly allowed
Illegal/unauthorized use: Subletting and unapproved use are prohibited
