We stayed in this apartment for five weeks, and it was an incredible experience. The space was cozy, exactly as shown in the photos, and the location couldn’t have been better. The kitchen was well-equipped, making us feel right at home. One of the biggest highlights was the spectacular view of the High Line, which we enjoyed every day. Additionally, whenever we had a minor issue, the Rove team responded immediately, which we truly appreciated. We had a wonderful time and definitely hope to repeat this experience. Highly recommended!

The landscaped backyard features a 200-square-foot heated gunite pool with Italian marble coping, a generous lawn, and inviting dining and lounging areas. The home also offers access to a private bay beach and the opportunity to moor a boat in Sag Harbor Bay.
Please note that weekly mid-stay cleans are required. Cleaning during your stay can be arranged upon request with our partner for an additional $200 fee. Cleaning costs will be paid to them directly.

- Identity & Screening: The primary booking guest must complete identity verification, required screening, and sign the property rental agreement before arrival; check-in is blocked until all requirements are completed.
- Occupancy: Maximum occupancy and designated bedding capacity listed for the property must be observed.

- Quiet Hours: Outdoor noise must be minimized, particularly between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, in accordance with local noise requirements.

- Smoking & Vaping: Smoking or vaping of any substance is prohibited inside the home, on balconies or patios, and anywhere within the property’s outdoor perimeter.

- Systems & Security: Tampering with mechanical controls, home infrastructure, or security devices is prohibited.
- Maintenance: Utility and safety issues must be reported promptly. Property management may access the property for urgent maintenance, landscaping, or pool services.
