We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
This is a 2 story home with one bedroom upstairs + balcony deck space (King guest bedroom w/ ensuite).
The pool is approximately 34.5 feet long, 9 feet wide and 5.5 feet deep.
This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
Our pool does not have a pool cover.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without a refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting
- Cleaning fee is mandatory, nonnegotiable, and nonrefundable.
- Guest is responsible for any and all damage caused by the smoking including but not limited to, stains, burns, odors, removal of debris, and any third party complaints and related damages.
- No illegal substances are allowed on the premises, including, without limitation, minors possessing alcoholic beverages.
- No guests in excess of the maximum occupancy specified in the Rental Agreement shall occupy the property. A charge of $250.00 per person per night will be assessed for each unapproved guest.
