KEY Curation Notes

West Bay waterfront with a private dock approved for a 29-foot boat. The dock has a float, and Sampson's Island is a straightforward boat day from here. For groups with a boat — or those willing to rent one — the water access is the defining feature of this property.

The infinity pool and hot tub face the water. With West Bay as the backdrop, the pool terrace is the centerpiece of the outdoor experience — morning coffee, afternoon lounging, and evening soaks all happen here against the same panoramic view.

Over 6,000 sq ft across a gated island community. Oyster Harbors sits on Grand Island, surrounded by water on all sides, with access controlled at the gate. The privacy and quiet here are absolute — this isn't a neighborhood you wander into.

Two first-floor bedrooms including a primary suite. The ground-floor primary has a full bath; a second first-floor king has an en-suite shower. Upstairs, two more kings, a Jack-and-Jill room with two queens, and a large over-garage suite with two queens and two singles give the layout genuine flexibility for multiple families or a multigenerational group.

Dowses Beach and Osterville village are nearby but require a drive. The island's privacy comes with the caveat that everything off-property means getting in the car. For a group oriented around the pool, the dock, and the views, that's the right trade. KEY.co can arrange grocery and supply delivery before you arrive so you don't have to think about provisioning runs.

Linens and towels are provided. The house is fully stocked for arrival — bring your boat, your groceries, and not much else.

My family of 6 stayed at this beautiful home for a week at the beginning of the summer. I can't say enough about this home. It is exquisite. The location, the décor, the amenities, the pool and waterfront are but a few things to mention. We have rented homes for several years in this area and this one is by far superior to all others. We will already be reserving our slot for next summer.
