7,000 square feet of new construction across three levels, 0.3 miles from Chatham Main Street — is the rare property that delivers a true resort-scale compound while remaining genuinely walkable to the best of Chatham. The build quality is first-season throughout, with meticulous finishes consistently noted across every stay since opening.
Private heated saltwater pool with attached spa and a fireplace terrace — the outdoor oasis is the social center, with the pool, spa, and fire pit all accessible from the main living areas. Pool and spa are open from mid-May through early October; off-season bookings do not include pool access.
Five en-suite bedrooms plus a sixth bonus king sleep space — every bedroom has its own private bath, an unusually generous ratio for a five-bedroom home. The layout across two upper floors plus a main-floor primary suite gives large groups genuine privacy and separation. A total of seven full and two half baths serves twelve.
Lower-level game room with billiards, ping pong, shuffleboard, and an oversized sectional — a fully finished walk-out lower level adds substantial entertainment depth, making this property well-suited for multigenerational groups or longer stays. Our stay at the Doane Rd property was amazing. The house is brand new and the construction quality is top notch. Each room is meticulously finished and decorated making us feel right at home from the minute we arrived. Large well appointed kitchen was great for cooking for our large group, and the backyard was perfect for keeping the kids busy in the pool. Location is 10/10 with an easy walk to main st We will definitely be back!

Things you need to know

The additional sleeping space includes 1 king bed and is located on the second floor above the garage, accessible via an open staircase with no door.

Pool and spa are open and heated until 10/4/25 and 5/16/26 to 10/3/26.

All linens and towels are provided. Subject to applicable taxes and fees.

7-night minimum rentals during the peak season, Sat. to Sat only. Shorter stays at a reduced rate are available in the shoulder seasons.

The home is available for year-round bookings. Please see below for minimum stay requirements based on the time of year. Please note off season bookings do not include the pool or spa.

Restrictions

  • Primary Guest must be 25+ and present for the entire stay; violations may result in cancellation or eviction without refund
  • Limited to stated sleeping capacity; over-occupancy may result in eviction without refund
  • Primary Guest is responsible for all damages, charges, and rule compliance; credit card on file may be charged
  • Use is limited to vacation/recreational purposes only
  • Motor homes, campers, and tents are not permitted (violation may result in termination without refund)

  • Events: Weddings, parties, reunions, or large gatherings are not permitted

Prohibited Activities

  • Pets: Not allowed unless pre-approved with signed addendum; non-refundable fees apply; violations may result in eviction, loss of deposit, and additional charges
  • Smoking: Strictly prohibited; Guest responsible for any odor or damage-related charges
  • Fire hazards: No campfires, fireworks, or open flames unless explicitly allowed
  • Illegal/unauthorized use: Subletting and unapproved use are prohibited
  • Unapproved modifications: Installing equipment (e.g., window A/C) or altering the space is not allowed; damage/repair costs apply

Equipment & Amenities

  • HVAC & utilities: Doors/windows must remain closed when A/C is in use to prevent damage; misuse may result in repair charges
  • Appliances & systems: Operation is not guaranteed; no refunds for malfunctions (includes A/C, internet, appliances, power outages, etc.)
  • Internet/phone/TV _(if equipped)_: Long-distance calls and paid media are charged to Guest
  • Provided items: Guests may need to bring linens, towels, and supplies unless otherwise stated; rentals may be available for a fee
  • Equipment reporting: Damage must be reported within 24 hours; unreported or excess damage beyond coverage (up to $1,000 or $300 for shorter stays) is chargeable
